The targets also can be customized to whatever the operator wants, said Stan Checketts, president and CEO. “If you want a picture of your ex-wife, we can put it on there.”
The lightweight hatchets stick easier than their traditional heavier counterparts, broadening ax throwing’s demographics and making it a more enjoyable attraction for children.
“I have 35 grandkids, and the ones as young as 10 years old can throw them,” he said. “They love it.”
