Edith Lam (ICAE)

Short biography

Edith currently serves as Assistant Director, Guest Experiences & Services at Universal Beijing Resort. Edith began her career at Ocean Park Hong Kong in Guest Services. In 2013, Edith joined Guangdong Chimelong Group and became part of its pre-opening team and opening management for Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Zhuhai, China. Edith also served in the management role in different capacities including Guest Services, Park Operations and Operation Standardization within her tenures with the Guangdong Chimelong Group in its resorts located in Zhuhai and Guangzhou respectively. Edith was also part of the pre-opening management team in Entertainment Services of Studio City Macau. Edith gained extensive experience in the Greater Bay Area in China including Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai and Guangzhou, prior to joining Universal Beijing Resort in 2019.
