Education at IAAPA Expo

The Call for Presentations for IAAPA Expo 2024 has concluded. Our IAAPA Committees are now reviewing proposal and working to curate the most compelling and diversified content for our education conference this year. Sessions that are accepted into the program will be notified in early May, with all submitters being notified of their acceptance status by May 31st.

You must be 18 years or older to participate in included sessions
within the Education and Ticketed Events.

Education at IAAPA Expo is presented in multiple formats including:

  • EDUSessions – 60 or 90-minute sessions in a Roundtable or Theater Style configuration. Sessions are spread out across levels 2 & 3 of the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center.
  • EDUTalks – 20-minute sessions in a more casual learning environment.
  • *EDUTours – EDUTours take attendees offsite to explore some of Central Florida’s premier attractions and learn about these facilities and best practices across the industry.
  • *Learning Lunches – Headlined with a keynote presentation, attendees will enjoy lunch while networking with colleagues and peers.
  • *Institutes and Symposiums – IAAPA hosts multi-day courses during the week of IAAPA Expo. These events feature speakers from across the industry and engage attendees through in-depth conversations, case studies, and off-site trips. Institutes and Symposiums are a great way to earn credits for IAAPA recertifications.

*Special Events require additional ticket purchase from IAAPA Expo Registration.
