Take an inside look at the operations driving new and exclusive food and beverage guest experiences across SeaWorld Orlando. The park has elevated their food and beverage program in the past year with brand new venues, digital transformation, reimagined consumer events, and menu offerings. Hear directly from SeaWorld Orlando’s food and beverage leadership team as they share insight on the vision, mission, and best practices parallel to SeaWorld’s F&B innovation and transformation efforts. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore venues across the park including the signature Shark’s Underwater Grill and brand-new offerings: Altitude Burgers, Edy’s Ice Cream Parlor, Coaster Coffee Co, Lakeside Grill, and Glacier Bar. IAAPA Expo 2021’s most delicious EDUTour will conclude with an exclusive sneak-peak and sampling of the 2021 Christmas Celebration event offerings and opportunity to connect with SeaWorld F&B leaders and other tour attendees. This EDUTour is a must attend event for food and beverage professionals of all levels to experience industry best practices and return to their operation with momentum to accelerate and innovate.
IAAPA Certification: 3 credit hours
LOCATION: SeaWorld Orlando, 7007 Sea World Dr, Orlando, FL
TRANSPORTATION: Buses depart from Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) South Concourse at 12:30 p.m. Participants may not drive separately.
Face coverings are required while riding IAAPA Expo transportation.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before departure time. Failure to arrive by departure time can result in forfeiture of seat. Available seats from no shows will be resold to individuals in the standby line. Buses depart SeaWorld Orlando at 5:30 p.m.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Samplings throughout EDUTour and light hors d'oeuvres at reception.
NOTES: Must be 18 years or older to attend; 21 or older to consume beer or wine. Separate ticket and Expo badge required for entry. EDUTours are exclusive to IAAPA Members. This tour is not open to the press.
COST: $179 IAAPA Members. Tickets should be purchased in advance, as space is limited and may sell out. Expo registration is also required. (Update: Tickets for this event are sold out!)
