Eurosat Coaster Car Online Auction

The highest bid amount will be announced on the bidding form. The amount will be updated once per day at 15:00 CEST.  

Your will be able to see on the form what is the current bid. You will then be able to decide if you want to proceed to a new bidding or not. 

Each bidder is free to place a bid at any time during the bidding period. 

Online bidding is available from Wednesday 27 September at 18:00 CEST till Monday 9 October at 15:00 CEST. To place a bid, click here

Once the auction has ended, you will be contacted per email with the result of the auction. If you are the winner, you will receive more information about the payment, shipment and visit to Europa-Park. 

After the auction, the object can be shipped or picked up at Europa-Park including a coffee and a small tour through Europa-Park. Once your payment has been received, IAAPA will connect you with Europa-Park to organise the logistics.

The following personal information will be collected as part of your registration for the online auction: 

·    First and last name; 

·    Mobile phone number 

·    Contact details, including email address and postal address 

IAAPA will not collect payment details as part of the registration process of the bid. Once the winner has been notified and announced, IAAPA will share more secured information about the payment process.

All funds raised by the sale of this online auction will go to the IAAPA Foundation. As the IAAPA Foundation is based in the US, the amount will need to be paid in dollars. IAAPA will match the contributions to this charity. 

Once the winner has been identified, IAAPA will share per email more information on the payment process. An invoice can also be sent at the request of the bidder. 

Your personal information will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner by IAAPA. 

Personal information will only be collected for the specific purposes of this online auction in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary. Your personal information will be kept in a form which permits us to identify you, but only for so long as necessary for the purposes for which the personal information was collected. 

Personal informal will be processed securely and in a way that protects against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

As per our terms and conditions, if you want to withdraws your bid, IAAPA is entitled to resell the item on the day of the auction. The private buyer/consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days. IAAPA is also entitled to resell the item if the buyer cannot be identified, if the payment is not settled or if the buyer can’t be contacted about his bid. 

At the end of the auction, if two bidders have bid the same (highest) amount, the winner will be the first one that has placed the bid.  

While the Eurosat Coaster Car is still complete, IAAPA recommends to use it for decorative purpose only.
