Description
Revenue and profitability tend to be the biggest focus for business owners. These are easily measured and they provide insight on what is working at a venue (and what isn't). In this presentation, Armando and Kimberly will show how generosity provides enormous returns in the form of community engagement, staff loyalty, and future profits.
