Description
Revenue and profitability tend to be the biggest focus for business owners. These are easily measured and they provide insight on what is working at a venue (and what isn't). But generosity is a crucial component of a successful business, and it's something that often gets overlooked. In this presentation, Armando and Kimberly will show how generosity provides enormous returns in the form of community engagement, staff loyalty, and future profits. They'll also share some specific examples on how operators are giving back, and explain why location-based entertainment venues are uniquely positioned to use their offerings to make memories for those in need.
