Eligibility & Details
- First Time Exhibitor Rate applies to company that has never exhibited at IAAPA Expo Asia; OR hasn’t exhibited in the past seven years.
- A company must be an IAAPA member to enjoy the discounted rate.
- First Time Exhibitor Rate only applies for one year and booth selection is limited to a selected area in the floorplan. Please contact IAAPA Sales Team at [email protected] to get to know the eligible areas.
- A company can accrue seniority points towards space allocation for future editions of IAAPA Expo Asia.
- No limitations to booth size.
- First Time Exhibitors will not be able to host official press conferences on the IAAPA Expo Asia show floor.
