Eligibility & Details

1. First Time Exhibitor Rate applies to company that has never exhibited at IAAPA Expo Asia; OR hasn’t exhibited in the past seven years.
2. A company must be an IAAPA member to enjoy the discounted rate.
3. First Time Exhibitor Rate only applies for one year and booth selection is limited to a selected area in the floorplan. Please contact IAAPA Sales Team at [email protected] to get to know the eligible areas. 
4.  A company can accrue seniority points towards space allocation for future editions of IAAPA Expo Asia. 
5. No limitations to booth size.
6. First Time Exhibitors will not be able to host official press conferences on the IAAPA Expo Asia show floor.
