Attire
Business casual is suggested. You may bring an outfit or light jacket as the meeting rooms may sometimes be a bit chilly. No slippers or tanktops.

Traveling to Thailand
At the point of entry into Thailand, travellers will only need to show proof of either a certificate of vaccination or a negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test result within 72 hours of travel. The registration fee for the Summit does not include accommodation. We have selected the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park as the official hotel for the event. Decorate Your Tabletop
All tabletop structure for the event is the same, but to stand out from your competitors, you can go as creative as you want to decorate your tabletop within your space. If you require rental items for your space, you can submit a rental request form and a representative from our official vendor Idext will be in touch shortly and send through a quote.

Solution Talk Participants

If you have opted in to participate at the solution talk, kindly send your final presentation in .ppt or .pdf format to [email protected]  (Deadline: Oct. 1, 2022). Your presentation will be displayed in a 86 inch TV and we suggest you to use 16:9 Powerpoint slides. Please make sure your presentation fits within the 10minutes presentation time. Your content can be as creative as you like, but please refrain from talking about other companies or their products. Details of the presentation date and time of each participant will be communicated by end of September 2022.

Set-up

All exhibitors can collect their badges at the registration counter on the show date starting from 7:45 am (October 17, 2022). The set-up time for all tabletops is Oct 17, 8:00-9:00 am. The show hour will start at 09:30 am.

Dismantle

The show will conclude Oct 18 at 4:00 pm. Dismantle time for all tabletops is 4:00pm-4:40pm. Please head to the lobby before 4:45pm for transportation to networking reception at King Power Mahanakhon. 

Registration is open for both your on-site booth staff and invited guests.

Exhibitor Registration
If you have not register yourself to the event, note that your exhibitor package includes one exhibitor – summit pass (access to education conference, lunches, and networking receptions), one exhibitor staff pass (show floor access only with add-on options). Exhibitor Guest Registration
You can also start inviting your customers to attend IAAPA APAC Trade Summit for free. Exhibitor guest receives $100 off from registration for members, and $200 off for non-members to upgrade their show floor only pass to full access pass.To invite your guests, simply send through the Exhibitor & Guests Registration Portal to them and have your guests select “Exhibitor Guest” at Registration Type. No invitation or discount code is required. You can also utilize the following social graphics and email template:
