Rachel Harper
Rachel Harper is the Assistant General Manager at Castle Fun Park in BC, Canada and serves on the IAAPA Human Resources Committee. From Disney Cruise Line to circuses, amusement parks to FECs, Rachel has fun, making fun. Specializing in the streamlining of operations and development of culture, Rachel is passionate about creating experiences for both Guests and Team Members. Rachel holds a NAARSO Level I in Operations, has previously presented at Western Canada’s Amusement Ride Safety Seminar and designed programming which was awarded an IAAPA Brass Ring for Innovative Training in 2019.
Adrea Gibbs, ICAE
Adrea has been involved in entertainment and attraction industry for over 40 years having worked with organizations worldwide including Ramoji Film City, Slagharen Attractie-Park, Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris, Santa’s Village, Windows On China, eXplore 5D and DyMoRides, among others. Her combined background in communications, cultural awareness, live entertainment, operations, brand development, fitness, child development, retail/merchandising, and management gives her a unique perspective on the industry.
As the Sr. Director Operations, Core Services, for Meow Wolf Inc., Adrea is active in IAAPA including current participation on the HR and Hall of Fame Committees, the Mentorship program, and a proud former member of the IAAPA Board of Directors.
Roxann Bury-Howard
Roxann Bury-Howard is the Director, Guest Experience and Playland Operations for the PNE. Roxann holds a diploma in Broadcast Communications from Mount Royal University (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) where she began her sports and entertainment career with the Pacific Coast League Triple A Baseball’s Calgary Cannons. She has experience in live entertainment in Western Canadian venues and management positions for clubs in the Golden Baseball League, Northern Baseball League, Western Hockey League, National Lacrosse League, and the American Hockey League. She holds certification with industry associations; IAAPA’a Certified Attractions Manager and Level 1 Operations with NAARSO. Roxann speaks of parallels between sports, entertainment, amusement and attractions; creating spaces and experiences for guests to enjoy and become lifelong dedicated fans.
Meaghan Campbell
Meaghan Campbell, Director of Human Resources with Whiting’s Foods on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, has been working at the beach for a quarter of a century! She has onboarded thousands of people, earned two HR certifications, and assisted Whiting’s Foods in earning 4 Brass Ring awards!
Vishal Mittal
Vishal Mittal is the Director of Human Resources at Vancouver Aquarium. Vishal has extensive experience of 17 years in Human Resources in a variety of sectors like Banking, Insurance, Media, Hospitality. He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management. As the Director of Human Resources at Vancouver Aquarium, a property owned and operated by Herschend Family Entertainment, Vishal has been instrumental in ramping up the team for a successful reopening of the Aquarium in August 2021. Vishal has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and is currently leading the organizations’ efforts in developing and fostering a positive and inclusive culture at Vancouver Aquarium.”
