During this webinar, Filippo Saccà, Chief Operating Officer of Zoom Torino (Italy), will demonstrate how limitations can create opportunities to rethink and reinvent your facility's existing operations and areas.

After 7 years of experience in marketing of consumer goods and services, in 2012 Filippo begins his new adventure in the world of attractions and decides to accept the challenge of Zoom Torino. His goal: to make Italy's first immersive zoo grow and achieve outstanding results.
After the first years as head of marketing, in 2019 Filippo became Chief Operating Officer and has been successfully implementing his experiences into the park's operations, F&B and retail. He was since then in addition coordinating the zoological department. In 2021, Filippo Sacca assumes his new role as Chief Marketing & Product Officer in order to develop the area' new business' and realize the challenging growth objectives desired by the park.
