David Rosenberg is Vice President at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and has been with the aquarium since 2007. Hosting over 2 million guests annually, the Aquarium is recognized throughout the world as both a leading attraction and a global force for ocean conservation. A graduate of the University of Arizona, David’s career includes stops at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

He is a member of IAAPA where he served as the 2019 Chairman of the Board of Directors and was the first chair to come from the zoo, aquarium and museum industries. He led many IAAPA committees and is now Chairman of the IAAPA Governance Committee and a member of the Sustainability Committee. Some of his industry accolades include receiving IAAPA’s prestigious “Outstanding Service Award” for his contributions to the global industry. David recently received the “Congressional Recognition Award” by the United States Congress for his leadership and contributions to the community.

David serves as a mentor and advisor for the schools of business at University of Arizona and California State University, Monterey Bay and is also an active member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, where he is the chair of the Aquarium Affairs Committee.

Eric is the Senior Director of Theme Parks at FORREC, a global experience design company. He joined FORREC in 2010 as the Director of Resorts and since has led high-profile projects around the world. Prior to joining FORREC, Eric honed his skills at several companies before co-founding a boutique resort and hospitality design firm, designing luxury hotels and family destinations.

With 20+ years of experience, Eric works with clients to effectively assesses their goals and expectations, matches them with project development realities, and then lead dynamic teams to shape the project with vision and creativity.

As a Landscape Architect, Eric developed a profound appreciation with the environment early in life. He has maintained those deep rooted values to champion sustainability initiatives as a leader of the Sustainability Taskforce at FORREC, and across his projects.

Eric is a member of the IAAPA Global Sustainability Committee and IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive.

Andreas Veilstrup Andersen is the CEO and President of the Liseberg Group, Sweden – operating one of Scandinavia’s most visited amusement parks. Andreas has a legal and financial background and has been working in the amusement park industry since 2000. First in several capacities at Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Denmark, later as Vice President of European operations at IAAPA EMEA in Brussels, Belgium. Andreas was the 2018 Chairman of IAAPA and is the current Chair of the IAAPA Global Sustainability Committee.
