Tim has 25 years of experience in the attractions industry, most notably at Morey’s Piers, a classic seaside amusement park in Wildwood, NJ. His background includes marketing, sales, operations, and analytics, all with a focus on ensuring highly effective park operations and business growth.

Tim is also a member of IAAPA's Marketing and Communications Sub-committee, where he provides meaningful insight into the overarching Park & Attractions Industry.

Andre Ross

André Ross

General Manager
Fallsview Indoor Waterpark

André is the General Manager at Fallsview Indoor Waterpark in Niagara Falls, Ontario. He has a multifaceted background, with over 20 years of experience managing and operating attractions, hospitality, and waterparks, and 5 years of experience managing in other industries. After earning his degree in Operations Management, he worked for Ripley’s Believe It or Not! where he found his calling in the attractions industry. He would later have the privilege of managing at Marvel Adventure City and Great Wolf Lodge. André succeeds in growing revenue by streamlining departmental operations. 

André is also a member of the World Waterpark Association and participates in several local boards and committees.
