Shaun’s experience in the Themed Visitor Attractions, Culture, Leisure & Entertainment Industry around the globe has enabled him to gain a wealth of industry knowledge, connections and strategies for building strong workplace cultures that support high employee engagement; impacting job performance, quality service excellence delivery, sales, safety and productivity. His expertise and passion is directed at organisational development, employee engagement, service excellence systems, attractions training and operations.

Shaun is past Chair of the IAAPA Human Resources Committee and IAAPA Asia Pacific Education Committee. He is currently chairing the IAAPA Asia Pacific Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce and member of the IAAPA Asia Pacific Advisory. He is featured as a regular international speaker for the IAAPA Expo’s, and has been a long-term faculty member delivering the IAAPA Institute for Attraction Managers throughout Asia Pacific. 

Shaun managed the Culture & People Development at Australia’s Premier Theme Parks, including Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World Theme Park & Resort Hotel, Wet ‘N’ Wild Water World, Australian Outback Spectacular & Paradise Country. Beginning his visitor attraction career with extensive frontline experience in rides & attractions and park operations, he has served in many senior leadership roles throughout his exciting career. Shaun is excited about a new visitor attraction initiative to deliver organizational development support and training solutions through the ProFun Academy where he has been recently appointed as Chief Training Officer (CTO) for the ProFun Academy.

Shaun will be a facilitator and moderator of IAM.

As the Academy’s Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, Melissa Felder is responsible for museum earned revenue and marketing strategy, including branding, design, advertising, communications, sales, membership, retail, and dining. She drives museum visitation and engagement through digital communications channels, including web, email, social media, VR and online publications, as well as on-site museum programs.

Felder joined the Academy in 2012, bringing an extensive background in consumer marketing, sales, and operations with a variety of large corporations as well as start-ups. She has driven significant revenue and deepened consumer engagement for leading brands in the financial services, packaged goods, and technology sectors.

Felder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also received her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing.

Daan Duijm

The greatest memories bring back the greatest smiles. Daan is passionate about delivering both. As a theme & water park professional he delivers smiles and memorable experiences in world-class Theme & Water Parks. For the last 9 years, he has worked in the US, Middle East and Asia, with companies like Disney, Jumeirah, and Merlin Entertainments. Before graduating with a double degree in Sports and a Bachelor in Leisure Management, Daan started his own webdesign company at the age of 19. Daan Duijm’s positions have included: Assistant Manager at Wild Wadi Dubai, Water Park & Theme Park Attractions Manager at Legoland Malaysia, and General Manager of Indonesia’s two largest indoor theme parks at Trans Studio Bandung and Jakarta. Currently Daan is in charge of pre-opening new attractions and parks in Vietnam as the Director of Operations & Set Up for Sun World Holding. Daan regularly presents and writes for industry magazines, international associations and is always looking to be of service to improve safety, operations and guest experiences.

Cecelia Choye

Cecelia began her career in Retail Operations at Parkson Corporation Ptd. Ltd, 
Malaysia working through pre-opening of 4 retail departmental stores across 
3 states.

After 5 years working in Retail Operations, Cecelia joined Bukit Gambang
Resort City, an integrated resort in Malaysia. She had operations department under her portfolio which included Treasury, Rentals, Retail and Photography and Guests Services.
 
In 2011, Cecelia joined Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore and was part of pre-opening management team and launch the new Marine Life Park facility featuring Adventure Cove Waterpark, Dolphin Island, and S.E.A. Aquarium.  Cecelia has the opportunity to cross multiple departments and multi- attractions (inclusive of Universal Studios Singapore) in a variety of leadership roles during his time at Resorts World Sentosa including all Operations divisions and Business Development including loyalty programs.

Cecelia then made the pre-opening team for Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark in Johor, Malaysia as the Head of Attractions before moving to join Wild Wild Wet, Singapore overseeing the entire attraction which includes but not limited to Attractions/Lifeguarding, Entry/Guest Services and Business Development and Membership.

Mark Dvorchak

With nearly 30 years of experience in the entertainment and real estate industry, Mr. Dvorchak is an experienced land-use economist. His practice specialty is the analysis of integrated and unique projects combining traditional real estate development with entertainment land uses such as theme parks, casinos, and destination resorts. Mr. Dvorchak is a founding partner of Pro Forma Advisors, having brought together experienced land use professionals over a decade ago to create a firm dedicated to independent market and financial analysis of land use. Pro Forma Advisors has completed over 700 studies on every continent. Prior to founding Pro Forma Advisors, Mr. Dvorchak was a Vice President at Economics Research Associates (ERA) where he was a principal in the Recreation Practice. He also was a Product Manager at Iwerks Entertainment working on product development and Location Based Entertainment. Prior to his graduate degree, he worked in technology for Andersen Consulting and Unify Software.

Mark received an M.B.A from the UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in 1994 specializing in entertainment and strategy. He also has a B.S degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. Mr. Dvorchak represents Pro Forma Advisors in the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). Mr. Dvorchak has presented and moderated panels are many industry events such as the Global Gaming Expo (G2E), the TEA Summit, and G2E Asia.
