Event Venue

Accommodation
The registration fee for the APAC Trade Summit does not include accommodation and airport transfers.
Courtyard Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone is the official hotel for the event. You can benefit from a special accommodation rate secured by IAAPA, ranging from CNY$600 – CNY$749 (single occupancy) & CNY$700 – CNY$850 (double occupancy) per night, including breakfast and taxes.
This special rate is only applicable for stays between 1 - 6 September 2024 and the deadline for securing bookings at this rate is 25 August 2024. After this date, any attendee who wishes to book the hotel will have to contact the hotel directly to make a reservation by emailing [email protected].

The Exhibitor Guide contains all the information you will need to have a successful exhibiting experience at IAAPA APAC Trade Summit 2024. If you have questions at any time or cannot locate something, please contact [email protected] or [email protected].
Backdrop Design Requirements:
Exhibitors are required to submit a backdrop design measuring 1.2mW x 2.4mH with a 1-inch bleed all around. High-resolution AI file is highly recommended. The deadline for submitting the backdrop design is August 14. Please contact Ivan Zhang at [email protected] for any questions.
On-site Set-Up:
Date: Tuesday, September 3
Time: 12:00 - 17:00
Exhibitors need additional time to move-in may request an earlier slot to Ivan Zhang at [email protected] by 20 August. Requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed.
Dismantle:
Date: Thursday, September 5

- For exhibitors participating in EDUTour: Puy du Fou SAGA City of Light:
Dismantle should be completed before 16:30 on September 5, prior to the transfer to Puy du Fou SAGA City of Light. Locker storage will be available at the Puy du Fou SAGA City of Light venue.
- For exhibitors not participating in EDUTour: Puy du Fou SAGA City of Light:
You have until 17:30 on September 5 to complete the dismantle process.
