Join us for a high-level networking experience and a unique educational opportunity for industry professionals.
Get ready for an IAAPA event like no other. We invite you to explore the Caribbean aboard one of Royal Caribbean's largest and most modern cruise ships in the world: Wonder of the Seas!
Learn more about the dynamic cruise industry and its incredible synergy with the attractions and entertainment industry to create unforgettable experiences. From water attractions, mini-golf, escape rooms, arcades and ice rinks, to Broadway-style shows and more.
As part of the experience, we will anchor at Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean's private island that includes attractions such as a water park, zip lines and a hot air balloon. We will then anchor in Nassau, where we will take a tour of the Baha Bay water park and then have a presentation and visit the impressive Atlantis Paradise Island.
The cruise departs on April 20th at 4:30 p.m. from Miami, Florida (American visa is required). Boarding process will be from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The disembark process back in Miami will be on April 24th from 6 to 10 a.m.

Welcome Reception & Opening Ceremony
We will officially kick off the experience with a welcome cocktail reception, a great opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and friends. This will be followed by the Opening Ceremony and inspiring keynote sessions presented by Luciana Periales, Chair of the IAAPA Board of Directors and CEO of Neverland, and Chris Perry, First Vice Chair of the IAAPA Board of Directors and Executive Director, Entertainment Strategy at Qiddiya, he is also Chair of IAAPA’s Vision 2035 Task Force.

The Future of the Attractions Industry Toward 2030: Leadership, Vision, and Decision-Making for a New Cycle
The global attractions industry is entering a new phase of accelerated transformation. Technological change, evolving guest expectations, pressure on operating models, and the redefinition of leadership are shaping the industry’s path toward 2030. In this context, the key question for leaders is not only what lies ahead, but how to prepare today for that future.
In this conference, Chris Perry, President of the IAAPA Vision 2035 Taskforce, will share the key insights and conclusions from a collaborative effort with industry leaders worldwide to define where the sector is headed in the coming years. IAAPA Talk: Move a Park, Move a Culture
Relocating an amusement park involves far more than moving infrastructure and rides— it requires rethinking processes, leading teams, and protecting organizational culture. In this IAAPA Talk, Gerardo Arteaga, Executive Vice President of Diversur SPA and former Chair of the IAAPA Board of Directors, will share the key operational and human challenges of relocating a full operation from one facility to another while remaining fully operational. Drawing from his experience leading parks and family entertainment centers across the region, Gerardo will adress how to mange change, maintain operational continuity, and support employees through deep transformation— ensuring alignment, engagement, and cultural stability.

Explore the engine control room at the heart of the ship and venture onto the bridge, the command center. In the galley, you’ll see the meticulous care that goes into crafting every meal. You'll also visit the ship's expansive laundry facilities to watch cleaning and folding processes for massive volumes of napkins, tablecloths, sheets, and beach towels.
Plus, you'll have a chance to stroll along I-95, the long corridor in the crew's area, named for the interstate highway that spans the eastern U.S. coastline. Then visit the environmental room to learn about onboard waste management, water treatment, energy conservation, and Royal Caribbean's commitment to sustainability.
