Best Exhibit Awards
The IAAPA Best Exhibit Awards competition recognizes the booth presentation in three categories at IAAPA Expo Asia, IAAPA Expo Europe, and IAAPA Expo in Orlando!
- Eligibility

- Must be a member of IAAPA and exhibiting at the IAAPA Expo Asia, IAAPA Expo Europe, or IAAPA Expo at which you are applying.
- Exhibitors who violate any IAAPA trade show rules and regulations will not be eligible for any Exhibitor Awards.

- Exhibitors must complete the online entry no later than the deadline of 1 September 2023.
- Login to your eBooth, click “Required Exhibitor Forms” and complete the appropriate form.
- There is no cost to submit an entry.

- Exhibitors must complete the online entry between July 1 and November 3, 2023.
- Login with IAAPA, Navigate to Home, and Select the Program you wish to apply for.
- There is no cost to submit an entry.
- Judging

- A panel of judges comprised of IAAPA facility members will evaluate all booths who apply and recommend one winner for each category.
- Booths will be judged during open show hours.
- IAAPA approves all winners.
- The decisions of the judges are final.
- Exhibitors will be notified if they are selected as a winner.
- Awards will be announced at the Leadership Breakfast. IAAPA will provide one complimentary ticket to each winning company.
- Winners will be acknowledged on-site with an award that may be displayed in the booth.
- Judging Criteria

- Booth Design – Quality, originality, and uniqueness.
- Branding – Use of corporate logo and/or brand within the design of the booth; promotion of product or service.
- Staffing – Professional appearance; welcoming and friendly demeanor; approachable and knowledgeable.
- Product in Booth – If applicable, product on display for potential buyer to view or demo; use of booth space to display product.
- Overall Appeal – Booth cleanliness; attractive layout; ease of access to information within the booth.
