IAAPA Expo Asia Travel & Details
IAAPA will provide letters of invitation to international attendees and exhibitors participating in IAAPA Expo Asia that require a visa to enter Macao. Provide your passport information during the registration process and a visa letter will be e-mailed once you complete your registration.
If an individual is unable to acquire a visa for entry, IAAPA will refund 100 percent of registration fees with no processing fee.

Macao Travel Information
Macao has well-developed transportation networks which allow visitors to travel to the city easily. Visitors can travel to Macao through air, sea, and land transports.
- Direct Flight to Macao
The Macao International Airport – just a 10 minutes ride from the Expo venue – offers direct flights from 58 destinations. For visitors outside Asia, flying directly to Hong Kong is the most convenient way to travel to Macao.
- Via Hong Kong to Macao
Travel via Hong Kong to Macao is a popular option especially for overseas travelers, as Hong Kong provides various transportation methods that allow visitors to have seamless access to Macao.
Hong Kong International Airport → Ferry → Macao
SkyPier ferry service at the Hong Kong International Airport will take you to Macao in approximately 70 minutes. Passengers transferring to Macao through Sky Pier do not require clearing the Hong Kong customs and reclaiming baggage.

- Mainland China to Macao – Land and Sea Transport
Apart from direct flights, visitors in mainland China can travel to Macao through land and sea transport. Gongbei Port and Hengqin Port are the two major cross-border ports in entering Macao. The high-speed train station is situated 5 minutes away from the Gongbei Port.
- Getting to the Venue - The Venetian Macao
The Expo Venue – the Venetian Macao is located close to the Taipa Ferry Terminal with around 10 minutes travel distance between two places. Upon arrival to Macao, visitors can take the FREE Venetian shuttle bus services, which operate every 5 – 15 minutes, to the venue.
