The course looks at not only how these operational areas work but, perhaps more important, how they impact your operation. Attendees should walk away with a solid understanding of how and why a busy amusement attraction functions as it does.

Word of Mouth
We’ve sent students now for two consecutive years from Europa Park and the programme has proved to be a great tool for managers in mid-career. I was really pleased to see participants from my park coming back and see them having developed a better view of the total operations of a park and, of course, having a great time and building a network of industry colleagues, which they can share experiences and knowledge with.”
Roland Mack, Europa Park

“The whole course was great; I really enjoyed meeting the other park managers and learning new business practices.”
Shireen Hurney, Blackpool Pleasure Beach
