Who should attend?
The two and a half day program is aimed at industry professionals with at least three years management experience who have demonstrated the potential and commitment to be on your senior management team: the department heads, directors, and managers who you would like to promote—or move throughout your business.
The course looks at not only how these operational areas work but, perhaps more important, how they impact your operation. Attendees should walk away with a solid understanding of how and why a busy amusement attraction functions as it does.
The courses are a blend of classroom instruction, audio presentation, case study, class work, and field work. Attendees will receive a detailed workbook for each course with additional references and online support material.

Word of Mouth
We’ve sent students now for two consecutive years from Europa Park and the programme has proved to be a great tool for managers in mid-career. I was really pleased to see participants from my park coming back and see them having developed a better view of the total operations of a park and, of course, having a great time and building a network of industry colleagues, which they can share experiences and knowledge with.”
Roland Mack, Europa Park
“The whole course was great; I really enjoyed meeting the other park managers and learning new business practices.”
Shireen Hurney, Blackpool Pleasure Beach
