Chloe provides sales and relationship management support for current and future clients. Her outgoing personality allows her to connect with people from around the world and establish relationships that are the cornerstone of JRA’s business.  To support her business development responsibilities, Chloe travels extensively, attending industry trade shows, events and symposiums around the world, as well as participating in client meetings as required.  Specifically, Chloe has supported JRA’s customer relations efforts with Rixos Resorts in Turkey; the Lao Niu Children’s Museum in Beijing, China; the London Paramount project; Mountain Creek Resorts; an attraction for the Astana World Expo 2017; and numerous conceptual projects in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Through her passion and work ethic, she has helped to develop new markets for JRA, while serving as an active advocate for the attractions industry.

Chloe was the 2017 recipient of the Young Professionals of the Year Award and has recently completed her term with the Subcommittee.  She joined the IAAPA Board of Directors this year, is currently serving on the Executive Finance Committee, the Give Kids the World Committee, the Service Awards Committee, and is in her second term on the IAAPA Global Manufacturers & Suppliers Committee.

Mika is Director JNELC Asia Pacific, a company that provides project, sales and marketing consultancy to businesses in the entertainment and leisure sectors. She is currently heading the sales in South East Asia through the Singapore office for Zierer, a high quality German amusement ride manufacturer.

She started her career working as an underwriter at Lloyd's of London providing insurance services to the marine industry. At the same time she also worked parttime in the event management industry providing staffing support and grooming talent for prestigious events and clients such as the Singapore Formula 1, Singapore Tourism Board and Military & Defence exhibitions. She then went on to join JNELC, providing trade show support for the three main IAAPA shows, developing     business for JNELC 's Asian region and did an attractions internship in Blackpool Pleasure Beach, UK.

Mika served for several years on the IAAPA Asia Pacific Manufactors and Suppliers Subcommittee and the IAAPA Young Professional Committee. Mika won the IAAPA Young Professional of the Year Award in 2018.

Urban Air plans to open 74 new locations in 2019 with another 70 starts which will open in 2020. Mr. Browning believes every guest has a story. Urban Air’s mission is to enhance the story through engaging atmospheres that leverage the combination of lighting, sound, attractions and a guest-centric staff.

Morey’s Piers and Beachfront Water Parks

Will B. Morey is currently the Director of Water Park Operations at Morey’s Piers and Beachfront Water Parks; a family owned business started in 1969 and recognized as a premier regional entertainment destination located along a five-mile barrier island in Wildwood, NJ. Will represents the 3rd generation of Morey’s Piers, along with his brother Kyle and cousins, Zack and Jordan. 

In 2009, Will began working seasonally in the attractions and maintenance department at Morey’s Piers.  In 2010, he transitioned into water park operations where he has continued to learn and grow.  He is also a part of Morey’s Piers recruiting and training teams, responsible for the hiring of domestic and international team members.  Will is the former Chair of the International Association of Amusement Park and Attraction’s (IAAPA) Young Professional Sub-Committee and a former member of the Global Membership Committee.
