* Registration fee for IAAPA members include access to the Expo and more than 90 general education sessions. Nonmembers are required to purchase a pass for $359.
General Registration Information
- Group Registration
Group discounts are available for groups of 15 registrations or more from the same company. Please contact IAAPA at [email protected] to receive a registration code to register your group.
- Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor registration will open July 2020.
- Press Registration
IAAPA provides complimentary press registration to qualified members of the media who want to cover IAAPA Attractions Expo. Interested media should review IAAPA's Press Policy and may apply for press credentials here. Additional event information can be found on the Media & Press page.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received in writing by October 14, 2020. Refunds will only be processed on applicable registration fees (registration + education, IAAPA Institute for Attractions Managers, Expo only) less a USD$25 processing fee. IAAPA will assess cancellation requests due to unforeseen circumstance on a case-by-case basis. Send requests to [email protected] or by post mail.

Special event tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All ticketed events are non-refundable at any time—no exceptions will be made.
- Special Event Tickets
All special events (breakfasts, lunches, and receptions), tours and institute programs are ticketed and require a separate registration fee in addition to an Expo name badge. Space is limited and events will sell out. Tickets will be sold on-site based on availability.
You must be 18 years old to attend all special events.
- Substitutions and Transferring Special Event Tickets
Substitutions for registration name badges are permitted in advance and on-site IF the badge has not yet been printed. The individual whose name is on the badge must send an e-mail to [email protected] agreeing to the substitution and naming the new person who should receive the name badge. If requesting a substitution onsite, the individual must bring a printed copy of the e-mail and photo identification.
Special event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different colleague in advance of the show. The deadline to request a ticket transfer is November 12, 2020. The individual who purchased the tickets must send an e-mail to [email protected] with the ticket name and quantity along with the name and registration ID of the person who the tickets should be transferred to.
- Housing Assistance
The official housing company for IAAPA Expo is onPeak travel. onPeak has negotiated great rates at a wide variety of official Expo hotels in and around the OCCC and throughout Orlando. To take advantage of these deals and their expertise, reserve your hotel rooms now.

A Cautionary Note: Other housing companies may reach out to you to book hotel rooms in Orlando pretending to be our official hotel partner. This information is incorrect and these companies often make promises they cannot deliver and end up charging exorbitant hidden fees. Please only book your hotel rooms at the discounted IAAPA Attractions Expo rates through onPeak.
- Exhibit Hours
Tuesday, Nov. 17 - Thursday, Nov. 19: 10 a.m - 6 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 20: 10 a.m - 4 p.m.
- Visa Information
Attendees from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their country or region of origin. Please make your visa requests early as processing can take up to several weeks. For information on U.S. Visa policies and procedures, visit http://travel.state.gov.
- Visa Letters and Letters of Invitation
IAAPA will provide visa letters or letters of invitation for registered participants only. During the registration process, visa letter questions will be asked on the profile page. Your visa letter will be sent to you by e-mail upon completion of registration. We are sorry, but no exceptions can be made to this policy.
If an individual registers for IAAPA Expo 2020, requests a visa letter, and their visa application is denied, IAAPA will refund 100 percent of registration fees. For questions on this policy, contact [email protected].
- Visa Waiver Program Travelers
International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All Visa Waiver Program travelers will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.
