Join IAAPA's Director of Industry Research and Analysis, Melissa Teates, in a review of global research on consumer behaviors and reactions to the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn what actions consumers are willing to take and what they will expect when visiting public venues.

In addition, we will look at attendance data post-9/11 and during the 2008-2009 economic downturn to explore how consumers reacted. Findings will be reviewed at the global, regional, and key country levels and links to the data sources will be provided allowing respondents to check for updates.

Participants will:

  • Understand how consumers are reacting globally to enhanced health and safety measures and guidelines for public venues
  • Receive links to data sources that are updated weekly
  • Understand how the effect of 9/11 on consumer behavior compares to COVID-19

A question and answer session will follow the webinar.
