Registration Now Open for IAAPA Leadership Summit 2020 in Los Angeles, California
ORLANDO, Fla., US – Top-level international industry leaders will come together in the “City of Angels” to make long-lasting connections, hear from industry experts, and explore the celebrated attractions of Los Angeles, California, during IAAPA Leadership Summit 2020. Taking place March 11-13, the annual Summit provides attendees with the opportunity to expand their imagination while engaging in thought-provoking discussions, learning valuable best practices, and collaborating with global colleagues.
During the three-day Summit, attendees will experience exclusive access at world-class theme parks, attractions, and entertainment facilities in the Los Angeles area, including:
- Disneyland Resort - with a behind-the-scenes tour of the new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge land, which opened in May 2019. Attendees will hear from a panel of industry veterans and enjoy free time in the park.
- Six Flags Magic Mountain - attendees will enjoy a lunch while exploring the park’s rides, live entertainment, shops, and food and beverage offerings.
- DreamWorks Animation - featuring a presentation and an interactive experience.
Attendees will also gain new insight and perspective as they hear from esteemed leaders throughout the week. The opening keynote presentation will feature Jill Estorino, executive vice president of global marketing and sales for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products. Estorino and her team are responsible for marketing and selling Disney destinations, products, experiences, and signature vacations around the world.
The closing keynote presentation will feature Jake Wood, co-founder and CEO of Team Rubicon, a nonprofit organization that recruits, trains, and deploys military veterans to disaster zones around the world and within the United States. As a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, Wood deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as a scout sniper and earned the Navy-Marine Commendation Medal. He is a veterans’ advocate and the author of “Take Command” on leadership and molding military service for good.
Following IAAPA Leadership Summit 2020, attendees can continue the Summit experience during the three-day Post Tour to Las Vegas, Nevada, March 14-16.
