Creative Works Offers Turnkey Esports Attraction
As a supplier to the attractions industry, Creative Works seized an opportunity the company felt was missing from esports, according to Creative Works Vice President of Sales Russ Van Natta. “Based on our research, there was a need for a turnkey esports attraction with high-quality technology, visually appealing desks and hardware, game management software, and reliable support,” he says. Game Up Esports is an attraction offering a turnkey option for entertainment venues wanting to enter the esports arena. The product requires only 20 square feet per player, features a server system that can be scaled up to 200 players, a library of thousands of game titles, and a GG Circuit software platform to handle the customer interface and pay-to-play time.

Kraftwerk Living Technologies says that under the internal project name Projekt KVS, it’s explored the use of LED display technologies in dome applications, and it is now ready to launch its display system into the global market. The company says with its high-performance LED display systems and its knowledge and experience in control systems, playback, and signal processing, this new technology rounds out the company’s product portfolio. In the first phase, the system will offer pixel pitches of 2.7, 4, and 6 mm with total resolutions of 8K-by-8K pixels or greater. Sizes and shapes are flexible and can range from smaller applications to large domes like planetariums, flying theaters, and others.
