IAAPA Expo Brings Exciting Innovations, Valuable Learnings, and Lasting Connections to Orlando
IAAPA Expo (formerly IAAPA Attractions Expo) is the global attractions industry’s premier event, where attractions industry professionals from across the globe discover ideas to create fresh, bold, and one-of-a-kind experiences for their guests. Taking place Nov. 18-22 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, the Expo will present unique opportunities for industry leaders, decision-makers, and innovators to see and experience new technologies, products, and services, while networking with new and familiar colleagues and learning trends and best practices.
More than 38,000 participants from more than 100 countries will engage with the Expo’s wide range of exciting offerings, including an expansive trade show floor, special events featuring keynotes from industry executives, inspiring education seminars and programs, exclusive EDUTours, and more.
More Than 10 Miles of Aisles to Explore
Open Nov. 19-22, the trade show floor will fill 560,000 net square feet of exhibit space and feature more than 1,000 exhibiting companies from around the world displaying state-of-the-art products and services that represent 125 different categories, including food and beverage, design theming, games, retail, and rides. More than 24,000 qualified buyers—including chief decision-makers, high-level executives, general managers, and owners—are expected to browse the trade show floor looking for the next big thing that will elevate their facilities and the experiences they deliver. For the second year in a row, Exploration Station—a custom-built structure located adjacent to the outdoor exhibits—will feature more than 100 exhibiting companies.
Learnings for Tomorrow and Beyond
More than 100 educational experiences will be available during the week of IAAPA Expo. From Nov. 18 to 21, the Educational Seminar Program will help attendees move toward becoming future-facing leaders and organizations as industry leaders and experts present valuable information during presentations, roundtables, and panel discussions.
Attendees can customize their education program schedule to fit their individual learning objectives, with educational seminars covering a variety of subjects, ranging from entertainment and marketing to financial management and human resources.
IAAPA Institutes and Symposia will guide attendees to new ideas, perspectives, solutions, and practices through single-day and multiday interactive programs geared toward different attractions groups and communities. Learning lunches will bring together attendees from specific areas of business and regions to discuss issues related to their interests and hear from featured speakers over lunch. EDUTours will offer exclusive access to some of central Florida’s attractions, allowing IAAPA members to learn about their operations and best practices.
Special Events and Networking Opportunities
Attendees can also exchange ideas and connect with industry professionals during more than 50 networking events, which include signature events, receptions for member constituencies and regions, annual IAAPA Awards program presentations, charity events benefiting Give Kids The World Village, and IAAPA Celebrates at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
