The IAAPA Human Resources (HR) Symposium program is designed for HR Managers, Directors, VP's, and all guest-facing leaders. Attendees will learn from industry leaders representing global and local theme parks, family entertainment centers, museums, aquariums, zoos, theaters, and more. This full day leadership program includes an EDUTour to Universal Orlando Resort, lunch, education sessions, and an evening networking event. This year's program will examine how industry leaders are creating, supporting, and implementing effective employee training programs. Attendees will gain key insights into the following areas: developing effective training programs, creating training strategies and techniques to implement at your facility, and exploring how to best implement technology in the training process. Participants will earn credit hours toward IAAPA certification.

- 12:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Classroom learning, Orange County Convention Center
- 5:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m. Reception, S320H Foyer, Orange County Convention Center

COST: $299 IAAPA Members; $399 Nonmembers. Tickets should be purchased in advance, as space is limited and may sell out. Expo registration is also required.
