Shopping centers and malls are dying. Traditional brick-and-mortar stores are drying up in exchange for purchases made online from the convenience of our homes and then delivered to our doorsteps. But despite access to products at their fingertips, Millennial and Gen Z consumers still crave experiences. In fact, according to a recent study, entertainment square footage grew by 44.7% in US malls between Q1 2010 and Q1 2019.
