Now that IAAPA Expo Europe 2020 is canceled, will I receive a full refund? What are my options?
Option 1
Move full deposits to IAAPA Expo Europe 2021 in Barcelona, Spain.
Option 2
Refund paid booth deposit less expenses 7% of the overall contracted booth fees. Please note Membership fees are not part of this calculation and are non refundable.
When will I know how much the refund amount will be?
IAAPA has defined its expenses to be 7% of the overall contracted booth fees. Please note Membership fees are not part of this calculation and are non refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Our goal is to send out refunds within 60 days.
I have already shipped my items to London. Will I receive a refund for shipping costs?
Please work with your shipping provider regarding any costs that you have incurred thus far. Unfortunately, IAAPA cannot reimburse exhibitors for any shipping expenses.
I am an IAAPA 2020 Global Exhibitor. Now that the show is canceled, will I maintain my status?
If your company is contracted for all three 2020 IAAPA Expos (IAAPA Expo Asia, IAAPA Expo Europe, and IAAPA Expo) you will be recognized as a Global Exhibitor for the year even with the cancellation of IAAPA Expo Asia and IAAPA Expo Europe.
How does the cancellation affect my seniority?
All contracted exhibitors will also receive one year of exhibit seniority as though the event was held.
I’m also a sponsor of IAAPA Expo Europe and/or an advertiser in the show program. What are my options?
If you are a sponsor or advertiser, in the next few days, the IAAPA Sponsorship and Advertising Teams will contact you personally to discuss next steps regarding your current sponsorship contract or advertising plans.
Will IAAPA cancel IAAPA Expo 2020 in Orlando?
We remain committed in moving forward with IAAPA Expo 2020 in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center in November. Expo preparations are moving forward as planned and registration is now open. We are working closely with Orange County officials to ensure the show is a safe experience for everyone, and we will announce details on new health and safety protocols and procedures several weeks before the show.
When and where will future IAAPA Expo Europe shows be held? I
AAPA Expo Europe 2021 is scheduled to take place in September 2021 in Barcelona, Spain. We are working with the ExCeL Exhibition Center to return to London at a future date.
