Michael Holtzman received his BS in Restaurant Management from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and now has over 45 years of restaurant industry experience. His focus has been on improving the sales, quality, and profitability of food service operations.
Mike is a hands-on operator with experience in all aspects of food service. In particular, he has worked with more than 800 F&B facilities in North America, Europe, Jamaica, Asia and the Middle East.
In 1991 Mr. Holtzman founded PFFW, a company specializing in captive market foodservice operations including Water Parks, Theme Parks, Agritourism Destinations, Sportsplexes, Golf Clubs, Ski Resorts, Hotels, Casinos, and more.
Bernie Campbell
Bernie has been with Whirley Drinkworks for over 30 years. He has provided valuable guidance to numerous Theme parks and attractions making Souvenir vessels a key component of any park's revenue stream. Whirley Drinkworks specializes in the manufacturer of refill/souvenir vessels throughout the world. Along with Bernie, Whirley has worked to pioneer the refill/souvenir container offerings for the Amusement Park and Attractions Industry.
