- How to bring people onto the team. We will briefly address how to train and onboard new employees so they know what to expect and so they can maximize their productivity. I will also mention what to do with people who are dragging the team down.
- How to keep your great people. Lastly, I will share some ideas for how to keep a great team once you have it.
