Rob has been working in the Hospitality Industry for over 17 years, starting his career at Walt Disney World as a Culinarian at Disney's Hollywood Studios and F&B manager of various operations at Disney's Animal Kingdom. He is currently the Food and Beverage Director of the Hershey Entertainment Complex, overseeing the operations at Hersheypark, Hersheypark Stadium, Hersheypark Historic Arena, ZooAmerica, Giant Center and Hershey Theater. His creativity and passion for thinking outside the box has led to innovative changes throughout the operation and continues to serve as an inspiration to strive for a new standard of service excellence. He takes great pride in his work and hopes to create lasting memories for all guests and employees in order to perpetuate the legacy of Milton S. Hershey, making Hershey, PA a popular destination for all.
Eugene Naughton
Experienced executive with a demonstrated history of success in the theme park industry. Strong business development professional who graduated from Radford University.
Lee Pitts
Lee has been in the food and beverage, entertainment industry for 30 years. His career started in the early nineties with what then was a new concept Dave and Buster’s. He worked at all levels of the organization for over two decades. He has extensive experience in food and beverage operations and held the title of Vice President of Training, VP of New Store Openings, VP of Operations and Senior VP of Operations for Dave and Buster’s. He has also worked in the cinema eatery industry as the Executive Director of Training and Operations for Movie Tavern. Most recently Lee was the Chief Operations Officer of a new innovative concept “Andretti Indoor Karting and Games”. Lee now is the Chairman and CEO of one of the largest FEC companies "Coney Park" and "Happy City" in South America.
Jeff Whiting
Jeff has 20 years of experience within the amusement parks and attractions industry. As Vice President of his family’s business, he is responsible for several divisions of Whiting's Foods ranging from managing the majority of the food and beverage locations on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk as well being the exclusive food and beverage provider at the Santa Cruz Warriors arena (Golden State Warriors development team).
Jeff graduated from San Diego State University. Received a B.S. degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis on Restaurant Operations. Honored by the California and National Restaurant Association for excellence in the study of Hospitality. Scholarships were granted and esteemed industry mentors were appointed. His network of advisers continues to share their experiences and best practices. Lastly, he is a recent graduate of Dale Carnegie’s human relations management course.
