Based in London, Yael conducts studies on stand alone attractions and museums or innovative leisure real estate projects that incorporate entertainment, retail and attraction elements into resorts and tourism destinations. She provides qualitative and quantitative analysis regarding entertainment concepts and content, strategic development and financial feasibility.

Michael and LDP's work is in feasibility, business planning, improvement strategy and due diligence for attractions, entertainment and leisure real estate. Michael’s passion for the entertainment industry stems from his background as the fourth generation of a visitor attraction operating family.

Zeina Dagher joined Emaar in 2009 as Assistant Manager – Marketing and Group Sales for Burj Khalifa. Having pursued her MBA in Marketing and International Business, Zeina has seen a promising and enviable career path with the world iconic tower, Burj Khalifa. Zeina has been the visionary and thought leader behind At the Top, Burj Khalifa managing all aspects of revenue generation, sales/ marketing and operations of the attraction. Under her leadership, Burj Khalifa has been a recipient of several awards and recognitions.

Zeina was appointed as the CEO of Emaar Entertainment Group and Dubai Opera on May 1, 2019. A dynamic, young leader, Zeina has managed to scale operations and revenue targets of Emaar Entertainment Group by increasing footfall and improving customer experience of all assets. She is currently striving to expand our Entertainment brands in KSA, Bahrain and Egypt.

With a record of successfully leading and delivering the Chairman’s vision, Zeina is truly an inspirational leader and exhibits the true Emaar values of ownership and dreaming big.

Steven has been working in the entertainment industry for more than 25 years. From Disneyland Paris to Compagnie des Alpes and since 7 years within the Leisure and Entertainment division of the international retail franchise retailer, Alshaya Group. First with KidZania Kuwait and in 2016 he started creating and setting up new family entertainment park concepts for the whole region. He opened interactive futuristic FEC’s, TEKZONE in Kuwait (2018) and Saudi Arabia (2021), and will soon open the first QUEST park, a TAG arena type attraction in Kuwait. Besides his work, he likes traveling all over the world to see and experience new things in the entertainment world, amusement parks, and theatre productions.
