Join a new, exciting event format: IAAPA Webinar + Exchange, where participants will learn from an IAAPA Webinar and then connect with peers in a small group setting.

As a famous sport coach once said, “Leaders are made, they are not born.” Too many times we make leadership development more complicated than it needs to be. Research has shown that there are a few simple daily principles or habits that when practiced and refined over time produce extraordinary results. These habits are what separate great leaders from good leaders.

During this IAAPA Webinar, you will learn the habits many great leaders have developed and be equipped with a blueprint on how to customize these habits to your current leadership context in order to maximize not only your leadership potential but also the potential of the leaders on your team.

IAAPA Exchange presented by the IAAPA Young Professionals Sub-Committee: There will be a 10-minute break when the Webinar concludes and then participants are invited back to for an Exchange session where networking discussions will be held in small groups. The speaker will be available in the small group discussions to continue the conversation and answer questions.

Participants will earn 1 CEUs for Webinar and 0.5 CEUs for Webinar Exchange toward IAAPA Certification renewal.
