Graduated in Advertising, Gerardo is a marketing strategist with a focus on digital marketing and agency relations, has an outstanding track record in leadership of interdisciplinary teams and budget management. His experience ranges from tracing the Consumer Journey to the creation of social media strategies. He also made his mark as an entrepreneur with GIA web.
Since rhen, he has accumulated valuable experience, from his role as Account Assistant at Wunderman to his time as a Sponsorship, Events and Promotions Analyst at Movistar. His time as Head of Communications & Brand at Answer - part of RSA. Currently, as Marketing Manager at Temaikèn Foundation, he continues to generate impact and lead with vision in the world of marketing.

Deputy Director of Operations FECs, Grupo Diniz - ¡Recórcholis!
With 29 years of experience in the entertainment industry, he is an experienced leader with a solid track record of 19 years at Grupo Diniz - ¡Recórcholis!; has risen from Manager positions to his current role. His deep knowledge in operations has been nurtured throughout his career, including performance in key areas such as bowling, food and beverage, parties, UPAs and External Operations. His passion and expertise continue to drive the organization's success within the industry.
- Alessandra Gavito
Sr. Sustainability Manager, KidZania
He studied chemical engineering at UNAM, has a masters degree in strategic management and innovation from the Instituto Universitario de Posgrado in Spain and an MBA student from ITAM. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of operations, quality, human resources and project management interacting with more than 20 different countries and industries (entertainment, hospitality, logistics, telecommunications, education, government, NGOs and franchises).
In its current position, it proposes, establishes and guarantees the implementation of initiatives that align KidZania's sustainability strategy with that established in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
- Alan Inman
Partner, Jumbo Consortium / Director, INWOW
Alan is a graduate of the Universidad de las Américas Puebla of the carreer of Banking and Investments and following his creative interest decided to specialize by studying the masters degree in innovation and technological development at the Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, resulting in a turn of innovation to the family business, co-creating new companies such as INWOW, HIX Adventure, INMAN Products and The Mins, a new concept of fun center that is breaking standards in the entertainment industry. In addition to his current position, Alan is in charge of the innovation and design area focused on developing new lines of business.
He has participated as a mentor in different universities such as UDLAP, UPAPEP, Tec de Monterrey and other business, governmental and educational organizations. Alan Inman stands out as a creative, restless, visionary and passionate entrepreneur of design.
- Augusto Mejide
Guest Experience Quality Manager, Temaikèn Foundation
Augusto Mejide, responsible for the experience of the client at Temaikèn Foundation, is an expert in excellence in customer service. In addition to leading the continuous improvement of the Guest Service Center of the Temaikèn Biopark, he shares his vast knowledge as a professor of Hotel Organization and Management/Hospitality at the National University of Quilmes and the National University of Lanús.
With an impressive career in the hotel industry, which includes his role as Ex-Director of Experience at Faena Hotel & Universe, and his outstanding performance as Ex-Head of International Relations of the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation, Augusto brings his experience in customer service, human resources and education to enrich every aspect of his work.

Currently, director of shopping centers, professor of Marketing at Pacifico Business School of the Universidad del Pacifico, Operations Manager at Fantasy Park and founding partner of Integrum Solutions.

Colombia Manager, Peterland
Professional in business administration, MBA in business administration, master in management and content production for digital platforms with Atresmedia - Spain. Diplomas in high-level business management and emotional intelligence, digital animation with Pixar. Currently studying a specialized program in psychology at the University of Palermo. With 23 years of experience in leadership and management of companies in different sectors.
Verónica is an expert in marketing and content generation for different digital platforms, providing administrative, human resources and marketing advice nationally and internationally for other sectors. With experience in the implementation of ISO 9001 and SG-SST quality standards.
