In addition to a free visit on Friday, September 6, from 9 a.m. at 5 p.m. to Six Flags Mexico that includes: Round-trip ground transportation from the Hilton Mexico City Hotel Reforma to the park, a VIP Tour with fast-pass to rides and lunch. You must confirm your participation beforehand or at the registration area on September 4 and use your badge during the park visit.
On Thursday, September 5, 3:15 to 4:15 p.m., we will hold a one-on-one Commercial Connections session in which operators will be able to hold up to four 12-minute meetings with manufacturers and suppliers, and vice versa. The session is free but preregistration is required. (For manufacturers/suppliers, only IAAPA members can participate). Please select the categories of interest and IAAPA will assign your appointments.
Sessions will be given in Spanish and English. Simultaneous translation from Spanish-English will be available for 14 of the 24 sessions.

Terms and conditions:
- Rate: $ 149 USD per night in a standard room.
- The rates are subject to taxes: 16% VAT and 3% ISH, per room per night.

- Cancellation policy: you can cancel your special rate booking up to 7 days prior to the day of arrival without penalty. If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after that date, you will be charged for your complete stay accommodation (taxes included).
