Crisis Communications Plan Template: This Microsoft Word document, which is valued at $5,000, is available for free and exclusively to IAAPA facility members. The template is customizable to your company and available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. To order your copy, send an e-mail to pressoffice@IAAPA.org. Include your name, e-mail address, company name and IAAPA member number, and preferred language.
