EAS Organizers Holding 2,000 Hotel Rooms for Show in Munich

Choice Rooms Are Going Fast

Participants Should Book By 1 July

3 June 2008 – Euro Attractions Show (EAS) 2008 - Munich organizers, in conjunction with Servicebroker® GmbH (a hotel booking company in Munich), have secured more than 2,000 hotel rooms for exhibitors and attendees at EAS 2008.  Many of the preferred rooms are already booked and organizers strongly recommend attendees and exhibitors reserve their rooms by 1 July to insure availability.

The rooms are located in various hotels throughout the city of Munich including many near the Munich Trade Fair Centre, where EAS 2008 will take place. The room block includes rooms ranging in price from 180€ to 400€ and more per night.

Room reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

“With the large number of hotel rooms needed for both EAS and Oktoberfest, EAS needed to act quickly to work with a hotel reservation company in Munich to block rooms for EAS participants” stated EAS Chairman, Mats Wedin.  “Servicebroker® has secured those rooms for us, but can only hold them for a limited period of time,” Wedin added.

“We have many rooms to choose from in all price ranges and possible locations in the city, but as we approach EAS and Oktoberfest the rooms we have not been able to reserve must be released and sold directly by the hotels themselves,” stated Servicebroker® Managing Director, Dominik Markoc.

Booking hotel rooms with EAS and Servicebroker® is easy.  The EAS web site, www.euroas.com offers attendees and exhibitors an informative hotel reservation page where currently available hotel rooms are listed, along with general information on hotel location, pictures of rooms, and current rates.  Visitors can reserve rooms online or contact Servicebroker® via e-mail at eas@servicebroker.info.
