IAAPA Opens Registration for the 2004 Amusement Industry Institute at Cornell University

 

ALEXANDRIA, VA. USA (Sep. 23, 2003) – It's back-to-school for a maximum of 30 managers attending the industry's only senior executive training program-The Amusement Industry Institute at Cornell University, January 25-29, 2004. Sponsored by the International Association for Amusement Parks & Attractions, the Class-of-2004 will attend illuminating sessions on strategic planning; industry specific marketing, innovative human resource programs, and then applying these learned managerial theories to a real world case simulation.

Not only will student attendees receive a one-of-a-kind professional experience and certificate in an Ivy-League environment, unique networking opportunities will be available with like-minded industry professionals at the top of their fields during class recess, meal and evening breaks.

The weeklong educational adventure also offers students a choice of field trip options including a half-day skiing field trip to Greek Peak Mountain Resort or a wine tasting at some of the Finger Lakes region's world famous vineyards.

This curriculum is intended to offer its students competitive operational advantages that can be directly applied and turned into thicker profit margins for their organizations after graduation.
