IAAPA Hall of Fame – Submission Deadline is Aug. 1
The IAAPA Hall of Fame was established in 1990 to honor attractions industry legends and pioneers for their significant and lasting contributions to the industry worldwide. Recipients are chosen, not by virtue of their personal success alone, but rather for significant contributions to the entire attractions industry, their community, and the world. Entries must be received by IAAPA before Aug.1 for consideration. Additional information and entry forms are available at www.IAAPA.org/IAAPAHoFAwards.

IAAPA Service Awards – Submission Deadline is Aug. 15

The Lifetime Service Award is given in recognition of a member individual’s continual service to the attractions industry. The Outstanding Service Award is presented to the member individual who fosters a spirit of goodwill, professionalism, and high levels of performance within the industry. A member individual determined to have gone to great lengths to promote safe operations, global development, professional growth, and the commercial success of the industry will receive the Meritorious Service Award. The winners will be announced during the GM and Owners’ Breakfast, on Wednesday, Nov. 19, in the IAAPA Theater on the trade show floor. Entries must be received by IAAPA before Aug.15 for consideration. Additional information and entry forms are available at www.IAAPA.org/IAAPAServiceAwards.

IAAPA Brass Ring Awards – Submission Deadline is Aug. 1
The tradition of the ‘brass ring’ in the attractions industry dates back to the carousels of the late 1800s when rings were suspended above riders low enough to reach, but high enough to pose a challenge. Today, the term ‘brass ring’ is synonymous with high achievement in the attractions industry. The IAAPA Brass Ring Awards build on that tradition and recognizes excellence in more than 45 categories under multiple disciplines, including: marketing, live entertainment, human resources, retail, best family entertainment center, best new product, and best exhibit at IAAPA Attractions Expo 2014.

Two new IAAPA Brass Rings awards will be given out this year in Class A - Annual Attendance of 1 million or more and Class B - Annual Attendance under 1 million. Best Game Experience will recognize a specific game at a facility and Best Game Operator will recognize an individual employee.

A ceremony to announce the winners will take place Wednesday, Nov. 19, in the IAAPA Theater located on the trade show floor. Entries must be received by IAAPA before Aug.1 for consideration. Additional information and entry forms are available at www.IAAPA.org/IAAPABrassRingAwards.
