Euro Attractions Show (EAS) moves to Amsterdam in 2014

Premier conference and trade show for the attractions industry in Europe scheduled for 23-25 September

Brussels- Belgium  From Tuesday, 23 September, to Thursday, 25 September, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) will host Euro Attractions Show (EAS) 2014 at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre in Amsterdam. EAS is the largest conference and trade fair for the attractions industry in Europe. This three-day event will feature more than 380 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services for the industry. The event also includes seminars and workshops focusing on the most recent developments in the industry. The event is expected to attract more than 8,500 visitors from 80 countries. With more exhibitors booked for the upcoming show, IAAPA anticipates EAS 2014 in Amsterdam may be the largest show in EAS history.

EAS returns to Amsterdam

EAS is organized by the European Office of IAAPA and takes place in a different European country each year.

“In 2009 we had one of our best shows in Amsterdam. With numerous projects going on in the attractions industry in the north western part of Europe, it’s logical to return to this world-class European city,” stated Karen Staley, Vice-President of IAAPA Europe.

The serious business of fun takes place at EAS

During EAS, the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre will be the meeting point for the 8.6 billion Euro leisure and attractions industry in Europe*. On the show floor attractions industry professionals will find the latest products for theme and amusement parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums, family entertainment centres, museums, carnivals, cultural attractions, shopping centres, casinos, resorts, arcades, golf centres, and concert facilities. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the trade fair is open from 10.00 until 18.00, and on Thursday from 10.00 until 16.00.
