Euro Attractions Show (EAS) is coming to Gothenburg; Registration now open
Premier conference and trade show for the attractions industry in Europe scheduled for 6-8 October 2015

(March 16, 2015, Brussels- Belgium) From Tuesday, 6 October to Thursday, 8 October, the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre, right next to Liseberg is hosting the largest conference and trade show for the attractions industry in Europe. This three day event will feature the latest products and services and offers seminars and workshops focusing on the most recent developments in the industry. The event is expected to attract more than 9,000 visitors from all over the world. The Euro Attractions Show is organised by the European Office of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). Registration for the event is now open.

EAS goes North
EAS takes place in a different European country each year. “Going to North-Europe is a natural progression for IAAPA and the Euro Attractions Show. With our strong relationship with the Swedish organisations and parks, Gothenburg is without question, one of the best places to organise EAS,” stated Karen Staley, Vice-President of IAAPA Europe. 

Swedish Convention Center
EAS 2015 will take place in the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre. It is one the most effective venues for meetings, conferences and exhibitions in all Scandinavia and also owns and operates Gothia Towers, one of the largest hotels in Scandinavia and one of Sweden's largest restaurant operations, including the highly reputed Heaven 23 and Italian-style Incontro. The trade fair is located in the city centre, right next to Liseberg, one of the most visited destinations in Sweden with around 3.1 million visitors a year. 

The serious business of fun takes place at EAS
The EAS will be the meeting point for the 8.6 billion Euro leisure and attractions industry in Europe. On the show floor attractions industry professionals will find the latest products for theme and amusement parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums, family entertainment centres, museums, carnivals, cultural attractions, shopping centres, casinos, resorts, arcades, golf centres, and concert facilities. 

EAS offers education programs for attractions industry professionals
The slogan of EAS 2015 is “Be United - Be Amazed – Be Thrilled”. In addition to the trade show, EAS will also offer a diversified programme with conference and networking events. Europe’s leading operators will give presentations on innovative technologies, marketing, storytelling, safety, in-park spend, events, human resources and much more. EAS will also offer behind-the-scenes tours to various attractions throughout Sweden.
