Manage Your Member Profile

You must log in to make any changes or additions to your member profile.

 

Existing record – All member company personnel currently listed in our database can log in using their personal ID number and their last name as the default password.  After logging in for the first time, the user can change his/her personal password. To obtain your personal ID number, please contact IAAPA at +1 (703) 836-4800 or membership@iaapa.org.

New record – All member company personnel not listed in our database have to create a new login.  Please contact your company member representative to obtain your Company ID, which will be required by the system in order to create a member login.  Otherwise, the system will create a non-member login with restricted privileges.  (If you don’t know who is your company member representative, please contact IAAPA at +1 (703) 836-4800 or membership@iaapa.org)

WHAT DO I HAVE ACCESS TO?

IAAPA members in good standing can have access to member-only privileges on the website (You will not be able to log in if your company membership dues are not in good standing.  Please contact IAAPA at 703-836-4800 or membership@iaapa.org). Three member personnel levels are established for IAAPA corporate memberships (facilities and suppliers), in addition to individual memberships. If you don’t know your personnel level, please contact IAAPA at 703-836-4800 or membership@iaapa.org.

MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Update your personal profile – All member personnel can review and edit their personal profiles, which reflect only their personal information and activity.  This includes their personal password.  Changes to this profile are not reflected in the company profile. (Members who have individual memberships members cannot edit their name or their company name because this kind of membership is not transferable. To make changes in your name of company affiliation, please contact IAAPA at +1 (703) 836-4800 or membership@iaapa.org.)

Update your company profile – Only the member representative can review and edit the company profile by selecting Update in the Membership menu or clicking on the Facility/Supplier/Individual Mgmt. Profile link located in the “Manage your Account” box located on the left side after logging in. He/she can also review and edit the personnel listed under the company membership.  (To assign someone else as the company member representative, please contact IAAPA at +1 (703) 836-4800 or membership@iaapa.org.)

Renew your membership – Only the member representative can renew the company membership online using our secure server by selecting Renew in the Membership menu or clicking on the Renew link located in the “Manage your Account” box located on the left side after logging in.  IAAPA membership runs by calendar year.  (Suspended and terminated members cannot log in and, therefore, cannot renew/reinstate their membership online.
