imageMunich, Germany is host to the 2008 IAAPA Summer Meeting which will be held from Saturday, 27 September to Monday, 29 September just before EAS 2008. Join your friends and colleagues for an exciting weekend in Munich during Oktoberfest and stay for EAS 2008 opening on Tuesday, 30 September! Preliminary scheduled tours include a day tour to Salzburg, Austria, the birthplace of Mozart. Visits to Fussen, Germany, home of the famous Neuschwanstein castle; and for car enthusiasts, a tour of the newly renovated BMW Museum in Munich.

On Sunday evening, you will enjoy a traditional Oktoberfest evening in a VIP tent organized especially and exclusively for IAAPA Summer Meeting attendees. Enjoy the world famous Oktoberfest music, beer, food, and fun while networking and socializing with industry friends and colleagues.

Saturday, 27 September 2008 - Arrive in Munich. Meet friends and colleagues at the welcome Cocktail Reception to be held in the grandeur of the Bayerischer Hof Hotel.

Sunday, 28 September 2008 — Plan to spend the day touring beautiful Salzburg, Austria, a city known for its exotic baroque architecture. During the event, you can also choose to immerse yourself in the fantasy world of Konig Ludwig II, by visiting the fairytale castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. If you are a car enthusiast you may want to catch up on your automobile history by visiting the famous and newly renovated BMW museum in Munich.

On Sunday evening, enjoy the sights, sounds and spectacle of the world-famous Oktoberfest! IAAPA
summer meeting attendees will have a VIP area reserved in a one of the most famous beer tents at the Oktoberfest. The evening will be filled with traditional food, fun, and Bavarian song!
