 About IAAPA Attractions Expo

IAAPA Attractions Expo 2012 is the largest conference and trade show for the amusement park and attractions industry in the world. With its theme “Game On!" the show will take place in Orlando, Florida, and draw industry professionals from more than 90 countries to the Orange County Convention Center from Monday, Nov. 12, through Friday, Nov. 16.

The trade show floor will be open Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16. IAAPA Attractions Expo 2012 offers a solid week of business and fun. The event also includes educational sessions, behind-the-scenes tours, networking opportunities, and social events. This is the event where attraction industry leaders, decision makers, and visionaries gather to view the latest innovations, plan for the future, learn from each other, and network.

Room Set/Audio-Visual Equipment Supplied by IAAPA

Each session room will be set with the same standard equipment, which includes:

  • Laptop computer
  • 1 Podium mic, 1 wired lavaliere mic, 2 table-top mics and 1 floor mic.
  • LCD projector and screen
  • A table at the front of the room for presenter materials
  • The majority of session rooms will be set theatre style to maximize seating capacity.

Registration

To thank you for contributing your time to this program, we are pleased to provide you with a

complimentary registration to IAAPA Attractions Expo 2012. You will be automatically registered to attend within the next few weeks. Once you are registered, you may use the online registration form to purchase tickets to tours and other events. Speakers will receive an email directly from Experient, our registration company, with your log in password.

 Travel and Housing Information

Unless otherwise discussed and agreed with IAAPA Education staff and outlined in writing, speakers do not receive monetary compensation. Speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Hotel and travel to Orlando can be made on-line at IAAPA’s Trade Show web-site: http://www.iaapa.org/expos/attractions/travel.asp
