2019 Registration

Registration for IAAPA Expo Asia 2019 is now open.

On-site Registration Hours:

Monday, June 10: 9:00 – 18:00 (exhibitors only), 13:00 – 18:00
Tuesday, June 11: 8:00 – 18:00
Wednesday, June 12: 8:00 – 17:00
Thursday, June 13: 8:00 – 17:00
Friday, June 14: 8:30 – 15:00

Registration location:
Lobby/Entrance 1 in the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

2019 Venue

IAAPA Expo Asia will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), Century Park, Pudong, China 201203. Information about getting to the SNIEC can be found here:

Trade Show Floor Hours
Wednesday, June 12 10:00-17:00
Thursday, June 13 10:00-17:00
Friday, June 14 10:00-15:00

Shuttle Bus Service

Free shuttle bus services will be provided during IAAPA Expo Asia. You'll notice a blue colored star in the below lobby which indicates where the shuttle bus stop is. There are 3 routes:

- Between Lobby 1 & Lobby 2
- Between Lobby 2 & Lobby 3
- Between Lobby 1 & Lobby 3

The operating time will be 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily. During peak time: 9 - 10:30 a.m., the shuttle bus will leave the stop once the bus is full. During non-peak times, the bus should run every 5 minutes. 

Dress Code

The official dress code is business casual. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather as some special events and tours are held outdoors.

Luggage/Bag Check

Luggage/bag check is not available in the SNIEC. Please arrange storage of your materials at your hotel.

Education Sessions

Education sessions will take place at the Jumeriah Hotel which is a 10 minute walk from SNIEC which is the location of the exhibits and theater events.

IAAPA will provide letters of invitation to international attendees and exhibitors participating in IAAPA Expo Asia that require a visa to enter Shanghai. Provide your passport information during the registration process and a visa letter will be e-mailed once you complete your registration.

If an individual is unable to acquire a visa for entry, IAAPA will refund 100 percent of registration fees with no processing fee.

On-site & Registration Policies

- To access the show floor, all persons must wear a name badge, including children.
- Name badges are not transferable and must be worn at all times while on the trade show floor.
- Entry to ticketed events requires both a badge and a ticket. 
- Lost or misplaced name badges can be reprinted for US$50.
- Reproduction of name badges is not permitted.
- No photography or video without prior approval of exhibitors. 
- Anyone observed to be soliciting in the aisles, public areas, or in an exhibitor’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties also may be levied. Please report violations to Show Management.
- Personal safety and the security of personal effects is the responsibility of each registrant.
- Lost and found items should be turned into the Operations Office or Registration. 

Failure to adhere to Asian Attractions Expo Show Guidelines can result in confiscation of name badge and removal from facility.
