5. "Education Sessions" do not include EDUTours, institutes, symposia, meal events or receptions. Separate tickets are required for these events.

IAAPA provides complimentary press registration for qualified members of the media who want to cover IAAPA Attractions Expo. Please review IAAPA's Press Policy for a list of staff who qualify for press credentials and visit the online Press Office for additional event information. If you qualify for press credentials/registration, register here.
General Registration Information
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Special event tickets (breakfasts, lunches, receptions, EDUTours) are nonrefundable.
For those requesting a registration fee refund, only written requests received at IAAPA Headquarters on or before Oct. 14, 2016, will receive a refund less a US$25 processing fee. There are no refunds for registration after October 14, 2016. There will be no refund for cancelled event tickets at any time. Refund requests must be sent to convention@IAAPA.org or mailed to IAAPA Attractions Expo Refunds, 1448 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Refunds will be processed after the trade show.
Substitutions and Transferring Special Event Tickets International Attendees
Substitutions for registration name badges are permitted in advance and on-site IF the badge has not yet been printed. The individual whose name is on the badge must send an e-mail to convention@IAAPA.org agreeing to the substitution and naming the new person who should receive the name badge. If requesting a substitution onsite, the individual must bring a printed copy of the e-mail and photo identification.
Special event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different colleague in advance of the show. The deadline to request a ticket transfer is Monday, Nov. 7, 2016. The individual who purchased the tickets must send an e-mail to convention@IAAPA.org with the ticket name and quantity along with the name and registration ID of the person who the tickets should be transferred to.
Attendees from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their country or region of origin. Please make your visa requests early as processing can take up to several weeks. For information on U.S. Visa policies and procedures, visit http://travel.state.gov
. Visa Letters and Letters of Invitation
IAAPA will provide visa letters or letters of invitation for registered participants only. During the registration process, visa letter questions will be asked on the profile page. Your visa letter will be sent to you by e-mail upon completion of registration. We are sorry, but no exceptions can be made to this policy.
If an individual registers for IAAPA Attractions Expo 2016, requests a visa letter, and their visa application is denied, IAAPA will refund 100 percent of registration fees. For questions on this policy, contact convention@IAAPA.org
. Visa Waiver Program Travelers
International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All Visa Waiver Program travelers will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.
