Build a Better Team
You know that your facility is only as good as the team you build. And who can help you build that team better than IAAPA?
IAAPA is proud to offer the Institute for Attractions Managers, for the first time in Beijing as part of the Asian Attractions Expo.

The courses are a blend of classroom instruction, audio presentation, case study, class work, and field work. Attendees will receive a detailed workbook for each course with additional course references, as well as further reading material on the IAAPA web site.

Class of 2013 Los Angeles take part in team-building exercise

 Who should attend?
The two and a half day program is aimed at industry professionals with at least three years management experience who have demonstrated the potential and commitment to be on your senior management team: the department heads, directors, and managers who you would like to promote—or move throughout your business.
Subject Areas
The course looks at not only how these operational areas work but, perhaps more important, how they impact your operation. Attendees should walk away with a solid understanding of how and why a busy amusement attraction functions as it does.
Curriculum:
The courses are a blend of classroom instruction, audio presentation, case study, class work, and field work. Attendees will receive a detailed workbook for each course with additional references and online support material.
