Is there a particular area or aspect of one of your shops, restaurants, or marketing efforts that isn't reaching its greatest potential? Have you wondered if there may be opportunities for improvement or increased revenue that you may be missing - or that no one at your facility has the time to explore and evaluate?

If so, these consulting sessions offer a quick one-hour opportunity to get new ideas and input that is tailored specifically to YOU and your situation.

  • Evaluate and suggest ways to improve store layout to maximize foot traffic
  • Evaluate product mix and identify potential ‘hot sellers’ or new product lines
  • Evaluate overall store appearance and identify opportunities that could boost revenue
  • Consider a discrete problem or challenge (staff training/motivation, inventory challenges, shrinkage/theft, signage, product theming/branding, etc.) that is specific to your company or store.

Registration and Appointment Details

Register for a session and reserve a one hour time slot to meet with one of our industry veterans or committee members to discuss the problems or challenges facing your specific operation. All program 'consultants' are members of current IAAPA committees, or were hand-selected by those committee members in recognition of there years of experience and leadership in our industry.

After you register, a member of the appropriate committee will contact you to schedule your consulting appointment during IAAPA Attractions Expo. To get the most out of your consulting appointment, plan to submit appropriate background materials and your specific question to the committee member or consultant in advance. This will enable them to prepare for your session and make the best use of your time by focusing on discussing solutions rather than spending time trying to understand the basic background of your scenario.
