Michael Collins is a Senior Partner and one of the founders of LDP (Leisure Development Partners LDP). Michael has worked all over the world with most of the large theme park operating groups and developers, owners and operators of all forms of visitor attractions.  Michael and LDP's work is in feasibility, business planning, improvement strategy and due diligence for attractions, entertainment and leisure real estate.  Michael’s passion for the entertainment industry stems from his background as the fourth generation of a visitor attraction operating family. 

Piet De Koninck
Piet De Koninck, Founder of PDK Creations, Belgium
Piet started in the entertainment 25 years ago, with set design for television and big events He started with “Eureka , the event of excellence”(Vangelis NL) and “Les nuits fantastiques du lotto”(FR). 
As creative director of Studio 100, Piet helped creating several well known characters such as Plop, Mega Mindy and many others. Piet’s creativity was rewarded when he won The award for best set design for the musical Pinocchio (2008) and the Musical Award for best creative performance for the musical Daens (2009).
Since he created Plopsaland, Belgium, Piet has been taking care of the design and development of all the attractions, entertainment and staging for the Plopsa Group.
His largest creation projects included Plopsa Indoor Hasselt (B) and Indoor Coevorden(NL), the makeover of Holiday Park(D) and Plopsa Coo (B).
Piet also helped with the design of, amongst others, PandaVision in Efteling and the recent development of an indoor waterpark Plopsaqua.
