Evelyne Villame
Host - Evelyne Villame, Company Director, Loisirs & Marketing

Evelyne led marketing strategy, brand and product development for more than 20 years, working for the French group Compagnie des Alpes , Parc Astérix and Musée Grévin as well as for various leisure facilities around Europe. In 2009, Evelyne plunged into the “small is beautiful” business and started an FEC company La Boîte aux Enfants, with her fellow partner Gaëtan Le Jariel.

Kevin Williams, Founder / Owner, KWP Limited

Kevin Williams has an extensive background in the development and sales of the latest amusement and attraction applications and technologies. The UK born specialist in the pay-to-play scene; is well-known and respected through his consultancy KWP; and as a prolific writer and presenter (along with his own news service The Stinger Report), covering the emergence of the new entertainment market. Kevin has co-authored a book covering the sector called The Out-of-Home Interactive Entertainment Frontier (published by Routledge), feverishly working on the sequel to the book, to be published in 2019. He is also the founding chairman of the DNA Association, focuses on the digital Out-of-Home interactive entertainment sector.

Laurence Beckers
Laurence Beckers, Creative Director, Alterface

Laurence Beckers has spent 19 years in the Creative Industries and, specifically, 13 years at Alterface Company as the Creative Director. Alterface S.A. is a company specialized in the development and implementation of interactive technologies for the “on location” entertainment sector. Starting as a University spin off in 2001, the company has been instrumental in the development of interactive theaters and interactive dark ride in this industry.

Leading a research project about the use of mixed reality and multi-agent system in theme park with 2 universities, teaching transmedia storytelling, board member of l’Institut des Arts et Diffusion, the main mission of Laurence is to convert new technology into amusement and emotion, taking care of users experience. Digital projects coordinator for Mons 2015, European Capital of Culture, she has managed international artistic residencies at the intersection of art, science and technology.

Steven Putzeys, Operations Manager Leisure and Entertainment, M.H. Alshaya

Steven has been working for more than 20 years in the Leisure and Entertainment industry, covering various management positions and departments from attractions, guest relations to entertainment. He expanded his career in Disneyland Paris and Compagnie des Alpes ,through Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi, developing teams and projects. In 2014 he relocated from Europe to the Middle East, where he has been working in Kuwait. Initially taking care of the operations of Kidzania, later as Operations Manager Leisure and Entertainment developing a brand new Family Entertainment Center concept: Tekzone.
