Jan Maarten de Raad, CEO, Jora Vision, The Netherlands

Jan Maarten de Raad is the owner and CEO of Jora Vision Europe B.V.. In 1998, while in college, he started Jora Vision with a friend as a hobby. After a career in the building industry, during which he travelled all over the world, he decided to fully focus on Jora Vision. What first started as a company making sculptures and themed elements, turned into an international full service production and design company for theme parks, zoos, FEC’s, museums, and many more themed environments and concepts. As active member of the IAAPA Europe Manufacturer and Suppliers committee and a former board-member of the TEA, Jan Maarten actively participates in stimulating development and international cooperation in the attraction park industry.

Michael Collins, Sr Partner, Leisure Development Partners, United Kingdom

Michael Collins is a Senior Partner and one of the founders of LDP (Leisure Development Partners LDP). Michael has worked all over the world with most of the large theme park operating groups and developers, owners and operators of all forms of visitor attractions.  Michael and LDP's work is in feasibility, business planning, improvement strategy and due diligence for attractions, entertainment and leisure real estate.  Michael’s passion for the entertainment industry stems from his background as the fourth generation of a visitor attraction operating family.

Edward Bolluijt, CEO, Landmark Attractions AG, Belgium

Edward Bolluijt, age 47, has over 20 years of experience in the leisure industry. For more than 12 years he was is in charge of Fitraco NV, a leasing company specialized in leasing equipment to the amusement industry on a worldwide basis. In that capacity he was in contact with amusement parks and leisure facilities all over the world and has seen, analyzed and compared their financial performance. He is currently active with Landmark Attractions AG bringing iconic attractions to cities all over the world, mainly focusing on Giant Observation Wheels. He has been a member of the IAAPA Finance & IT committee for 5 years.

Andreas Sievering, CEO, FORT FUN Abenteuerland, Germany

Andreas became CEO of FORT FUN in 2015, after running the park as General Manager for 2 years. He was the Technical Manager of the park from 2008 to 2013 under the company name of One World NRW. As a technical expert, Andreas established an historical maintenance and refurbishment program which revitalized the park. He also created and developed 2 entertainment projects which boosted the popularity of the site; the award winning show “Holy Forest” and “ Fort Fear” , one of the best Halloween events in Germany. This year, Fort Fun has just opened its new children’s area L.A.B.S. Andreas has a technical background that he developed before joining the Attractions Industry. He worked as carpenter, a boat builder and a technical officer of a ski resort. Andreas is also a coach of the junior soccer team TSV Bigge Olsberg.


Janice-Dunphy

Janice Dunphy, Director/Owner, Web Adventure Park, United Kingdom & Chair, BALPPA FECA Sub Group

First introduction to play and education was at 18 when she started a four-year Bachelor of Education Honours degree, followed by ten years teaching in Early Education. Following this and whilst bringing up two young children opened up a Wrap Around childcare facility, researching natural play and child development.

Fourteen years ago opened up a play centre which has developed to become an adventure park, with outside play, petting farm, two high ropes courses and various natural play areas. Three years ago after much research opened a Reggio Nursery with forest school which is expanding alongside the Web Adventure Park. Despite numerous offers of strategic positions and sites the search is still active for the next perfect location.

Janice was a founder member of the PPA (Play Provider Association ) becoming the Chair in 2005 after this, alongside the Committee moved to form FECA ( Family Entertainment Centre Association) and taking a place on the BALPPA Management Committee.

Janice is passionate about Play, and has undergone research alongside local Universities to identify the benefits of FEC environments. Offering consultancy to new companies and speaking on the subject Janice believes sharing is why she is successful today, coupled with networking with peers in the Industry.
